Terms of Service

01Acceptance of terms

These Terms govern your use of class.apexnexus.sg (the “Site”) operated by ApexNexus Training Centre, Singapore. By using the Site, enrolling in a course or signing in to the Student Classroom, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

02Courses & enrolment

• Course details, schedules, fees and discounts are shown on each course page and may change before enrolment is confirmed.
• A place is confirmed only after we receive your completed enrolment and payment, and send you a confirmation.
• Refunds, transfers and make-up classes follow the conditions communicated to you at enrolment.
• We may reschedule or cancel a class for reasons such as low enrolment or instructor availability; affected students will be offered an alternative date or a refund for the affected course.

03Student Classroom access

• Access is personal to the student enrolled with the registered Google account and may not be shared or transferred.
• The Student Classroom shows the lessons and materials of the courses you are registered for, and lets you track your own progress. Homework and quizzes are completed through the links your instructor provides.
• Access to a class ends when the course ends or when your enrolment is withdrawn, at our discretion.
• Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s own Terms of Service.

04Intellectual property

All course materials - including videos, slides, drawings, BIM models, templates and documents - are owned by ApexNexus or its licensors and are provided for your personal learning only.

Software used in class (such as AutoCAD or Revit) is subject to its vendor’s licence terms.

05Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access classes, accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not interfere with, overload or attempt to bypass the security of the Site.
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect in all class channels.
• We may suspend access for breaches of these Terms.

06Certificates

Certificates of completion, where offered, are issued by ApexNexus based on attendance and assessment requirements stated for each course. They are not official government qualifications unless expressly stated.

07Disclaimer

The Site and course content are provided for training purposes on an “as is” basis. While we aim for accuracy and up-to-date industry practice, you remain responsible for verifying designs, calculations and compliance with applicable codes in your professional work.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ApexNexus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or courses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the fees you paid for that course.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

10Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
